I’m a highly sensitive, autistic woman of color, and my life changed — for the better — when I started to learn about and embrace my own neurodivergence. 

I know what it’s like to feel different; to have to mask & code-switch to get by; to deal with sensory overload on top of all the other human stuff. I also know what it’s like to get to know yourself again, post-diagnosis/discovery of your neurodivergence. 

It can be exciting, challenging, confusing, relieving, and disorienting all at once.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to support fellow neurodivergent folks, like you.

Whether you’re highly sensitive, autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, 2e, gifted, or curious about neurodiversity but don’t identify with any labels — you are welcome here.

HOLISTIC COACHING FOR NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS

what does the process look like?

1) free consult

We’ll meet for a 15-min call to chat about working together. I’ll ask questions about your needs & goals.

If we decide we’re a great fit, we’ll get an Intensive on the books.

2) intensive growth

We’ll meet for a 90-min Intensive Session. Using powerful modalities like Brainspotting & IFS, we’ll work toward your nervous system goals.

You’ll leave feeling more confident, calm, and connected to yourself.

3) celebrate progress

Intensives may be scheduled as one-off sessions, or as part of a recurring series (biweekly or monthly for 3-6 months).
