Intensives

  • Coaching Intensives (90 min) are personalized to your needs & goals.

    We’ll begin with a check-in, identifying 1-2 areas to focus on (ex: sensory needs & unmasking). I’ll ask you questions & help you process through each experience, at your pace.

    If talking does not feel helpful at any point, we may explore nervous system-based modalities. Brainspotting & Internal Family Systems allow for deep processing with minimal talking.

    My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more confident & connected to yourself.

  • The exact # of Intensive sessions will depend on your needs & goals.

    Intensives may be scheduled as one-off sessions, or as part of a recurring series (weekly, biweekly, monthly for 3-6 months).

  • 90-minute Coaching Intensive: $450 USD

  • We’re a great fit to work together if you’re a highly sensitive, autistic, ADHD, or neurodivergent adult who is ready to:

    • heal your nervous system after a lifetime of fight/flight/freeze mode

    • unmask authentically

    • feel more comfortable & confident in your own skin

  • Yes. As long as you have a private space & reliable Internet connection, you can attend our coaching sessions from anywhere in the world.

Websites

  • A website package includes:

    • 1-hr meeting to kick off project & discuss big-picture plan for design, copy, & SEO

    • my focused, creative, & dedicated attention on your website during our project timeline (2-4 weeks)

    • designated revision periods, during which I’ll be available via messenger to respond to your feedback & ideas

    • 1-hr meeting to demo completed site & celebrate launch 

    THE FINAL RESULT?

    ➡️ a beautiful, unique website with design & copywriting done for you, infused with SEO best practices, allowing you to authentically connect with your ideal clients

  • The exact fee will depend on scope & complexity of project. Website packages (design + copywriting) begin at $3,000 USD.

    If we decide to work together, after our free consultation, I’ll send a proposal with exact fees, dates, and deliverables for your website project.

    A signed proposal + 50% nonrefundable deposit of the total fee will be due within 1 week, to reserve your spot. The remaining 50% will be due after Week 1 of the project.

    Separate from our work together, additional website fees include:

    • Squarespace web hosting: ~$280 USD per year

    • domain hosting (the name of your website, www.yourdomain.com): ~$10+ USD per year

  • I only work with Squarespace sites for 3 reasons.

    1) Squarespace is excellent for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). By using simple features built into the Squarespace platform, we can optimize your website so that it cam be found on Google by your ideal clients. (And if none of this makes sense to you right now, don’t worry — I’ll break it all down during our meetings.)

    2) Squarespace is user-friendly. This means you can continue to edit & make updates on your website in the future, without needing to hire outside help if you don’t want to.

    3) Squarespace is what I know & love! I’ve spent lots of time learning the ins & outs of this platform, and I’ve seen how well my own Squarespace website (for my private therapy practice) attracts and connects with my ideal clients. Because I know and trust Squarespace, this is what I recommend for any entrepreneur who wants to build a robust online presence.

    *If your website is not currently hosted on Squarespace, I’ll help you transfer it from your existing host to Squarespace.
